Common Questions When Working With Us

Who will be translating/editing my text?

We will match your text with our top language expert who specializes in your field of research. We work exclusively with translators and editors who are native speakers of the target language and who have met our rigorous criteria and passed our acceptance exam.

Every member of our staff has completed at least a Master’s or Doctorate degree from a top research university. Many have completed academic translation and editing studies at respected academic institutions or are researchers themselves. All of our translations and edits are revised by a managing editor to ensure that your text is ready for publication.

Do you have an expert in my field?

We have thousands of language experts who specialize in all major academic disciplines. We specialize in matching your project with an expert who is familiar with the research in your field, its terminology and concepts. If your text is over 2000 words, you can request our samples track, whereby a number of experts in your field will prepare samples for your review. You can then choose your preferred translator or editor before you start your project.

What makes you different from other academic translation/editing companies?

We only work with professional academic translators and editors who have passed our rigorous acceptance process. In addition, all of our texts are revised by one of our managing editors to ensure the highest level of quality. Learn more about us and hear what our clients have to say about us.

Do you have any satisfied clients who recommend you?

We have hundreds of satisfied customers who are our best representatives. You can meet some of them on our portfolio page. We also invite you to watch our video which includes a number of clips from satisfied clients.

Can I work with the same language expert that worked on my last project?

Yes, you will have the opportunity to designate a specific translator or editor as your 'favorite' at the end of the first project you complete. If you have worked with us previously, we may have assigned you a 'favorite' translator already based on your feedback.
