FAQ: Timeline and Pricing

Key Questions Answered

How long does it take to complete the work?

Each project has a different timeline for completion depending on the length and complexity of the text. We recommend allowing for as much time as possible to ensure that there is time for review and revisions, however, we can handle rush and quick turnaround projects as well. When uploading your project, you will be able to request your deadline. Learn more about turnaround time.

How do you calculate the cost?

Each project is priced individually according to the work needed to prepare it for publication. The price is calculated according to the number of words in the source text and the price won't change based on the length of the final text. Factors that impact pricing include the length and complexity of the text, formatting requirements, deadline, and more. Submit your project and receive an exact price quote today.

What is the best way to receive a quote for my paper?

To receive a quote for your paper, complete our short project submission form. We price each project individually so please make sure to include all of the important information you want us to know before submitting. We won't begin work until you approve the price quote.

Do you work as an official supplier at my university and can I pay from my research fund?

We are registered as an official service provider in hundreds of universities and colleges around the world. We provide official tax invoices and receipts so you can receive compensation from your university or draw funds from your research stipend.

When do I pay?

Scholars paying out of pocket are asked to complete a deposit upon approval of the price quote. Scholars paying from research grants or university stipends can submit a purchase order instead. For large projects, we will work with you to set up a payment schedule according to agreed milestones reached throughout the project. Learn more about pricing and timeline.
