Expert Review in Two Phases
This service supports researchers preparing articles for submission to Q1 journals by offering expert feedback and refinement. Our two-phase process is designed to enhance clarity, coherence, methodological rigor, and overall impact, helping ensure your manuscript meets the standards of top-tier publications. To begin, researchers must provide a full draft of the article, the name of the intended journal, and a clearly identified research gap within the text.
Phase 1: Critical Review
In the first phase, a scientific reviewer conducts a comprehensive review of your draft, assessing the overall structure, strength of the research questions, depth of engagement with the literature, methodological approach, and the novelty and significance of the findings. You will receive detailed in-text comments and a written report outlining key areas for improvement. After the review is delivered, you may schedule up to one hour of follow-up with the reviewer to discuss the feedback. You are then encouraged to revise your article over a two- to four-week period before moving to the second phase.
Phase 2: Final Draft Refinement
Once your revised manuscript is submitted, the reviewer will conduct a second, focused review. This final phase addresses any remaining issues and includes language editing and polishing using “Track Changes” to ensure clarity and readiness for submission. Please note that this service does not include drafting sections of the article, initial project guidance, or formatting references according to specific journal requirements.
