5 Steps to Perfectly Formatting Your Manuscript

Selecting a Formatting Expert

Upon receipt of your manuscript, we select a formatting expert who is familiar with your journal’s formatting requirements. The expert will review the author guidelines and the style sheet and make revisions accordingly. This may include:

    • Editing of references in line with the style guide you have in place
    • Changing citation/reference styles
    • Creating a bibliography 
    • Cross-referencing in-text citations or footnotes with the reference list

Managing Editor Review

One of our managing editors will review the edits made to the manuscript and send it to you for review.

Client Feedback

You will be able to review our comments and decide if you want to make any additional revisions.

Final Revisions

We will then revise the manuscript according to your feedback, working together to ensure a final manuscript that meets the highest academic standards.

Final Review

After your review, we will implement any final tweaks and do a final review to ensure the manuscript is ready for submission.
